7. Entering tehe course

a)      The law of 24/2005 (IV.21.) GKM says drivers are to be trained on a course. We
guarantee full teaching services on all courses, which contains theoratical and pragmatical
parts. We check all customers to pass the law at registration.
b)      filling documents: we will hand you registration documents at the reception. You must only fill the thick framed parts and the statement. Write with a pen and with capital letters, but with autograph when needed.
c)      identity card photo: one 3,5 cm-4,5 cm photo is needed. You must write your name and datas on the back of it.
d)      payments: with transfer or with cash money at the reception
e)      payments of teh exam: at the reception or at the Csongrád Megyei Közlekedési Felügyelet
(Csongrád County Traffic Surveillance). Adress: Szeged, Kereskedő köz 5.

8. Health and court appropriateness in categories

a)      Health appripriateness: The client must pass the 1. class  Health appripriateness at the first
entitled doctor, except at the "M" booster motor category.

b)      Court appropriateness: There is no  court appropriateness needed on our courses, except if it is pre-ordered (at the health appropriateness, etc.)

9. Themes of entering the course and taking the exams by categories

a)      Age: A person can enter the course if he/she is "M":14, "A/1": 16, "A":18 or 21, and "B" category: 17 years old, or maximum half a year younger than this. The theoratical exam can only be taken if the client is maximum 3 months younger than the ages shown above. Pragamitcal exams can be taken if the client fits the age terms. "M" category clients can take the vehicle handling exam before the critical age, but they can only take the traffic exam when they're old enough.
b)      School qualifications: It is enough for the client to know how to write and read.
c)      Driving license: Limited class "A" can only be taken with "A1" category driving license.
d)      police clause: Needid if the client isn't hungarian, or if the client is somehow connected to the police.
e)      All documents, photos etc. are to be handed over at the reception. This is the place, where the contract is autographed after checking the datas. It is also the place of cancelling the class.
f)       Theoratical exam: it can only be taken by clients who passed the theratical course (or clients with dispensation), who passed the house exam, who has all the documents and who done all payments before.
g)      Pragmatical exam: Vehicle handling and traffic exmas are only to be taken by clients who passed all theoratical exams, and who has done all exercise classes. Traffic exams can only be taken after a successful vehicle handling exam.

9.2 Reciving a successful exam verification paper

It can only be achieved after completing all the examinations. Passing the exams is confirmed by the surveillance with a successful exam verification.

The verification is displayed before 3 (work) days, if the examiner passed all exams (except "k" category and the foreigner driving license naturalisation) and passes the first-aid giving exams.

The confirmation of the successful first-aid giving exam is to be shown before receiving the exam verification paper (except the "k" category and the and the foreigner driving license naturalisation, where it isn't needed). If the document isn't copyed by te driving school (becouse it is shown at the surveillance), the number of the document should be written on the registry paper.

9.3 Getting a first-aid giving exam

a)      First-aid giving could be learned on a course or by yourself. You can only take an exam at the Hungarian Red Cross.

b)      You do not have to pass the frist-aid giving exam to get adriving license if you have another driving license from before 1984, or if you have an "m" category license.

Theoratical classes are usually from 4 PM to half past 7 PM, at Szeged, Dr. Boross József u. 9/B. The time could be changed is more than 50% of teh students recommend that. It is possible to watch (in groups) more than 40 teaching-films (on four cassettes). We can guarantee free computer practicing if the client is registering prevoriously.

b)      The start of the pragmatical exam: Szeged, Kereskedő köz 3.

11. Using conditions if the client is bringing another car

a)   Our school is opened for negotiations like this. In this case, the car has to pass all conditions of a "teaching-car", and it has to have a valid "CASCO" insurance.

b)   Tranformations of the car and operating are payed by the client in this case. The teacher has to start and finish the lesson where the client marks it in this case.

12. Missed classes replacement and it's costs

a)   Clients must pass all the minimum hours on theoratical and pragmatical courses, too. In case of missing classes they have to be replaced. Clients can only take exams after this.

b)   You do not have to pay for replacing theoratical exams. It is enough to join another course's
equivalent classes.

c)   At pragmatical classes: if the class fails becouse of the teacher, the client can replace the lesson for free. If it fails becouse of the client, then he/she has to pay for the class for the teacher.

13. Payments, standard class costs and the method of paying

Payments are to be acquited at the registration by cash or by credit-card.

14. Conditions of being devoided from courses

a)   If the school leader (who has got a valid license on teaching the subject) is devoiding the client. In this case, the leader of the surveillance is devoiding the client from exam, too (the documents about this are to be attached).

b)   Crippled, deaf, and non-hungarian talking clients can be devoided by the school leader of theoratical classes (if they want it). The learning of these type of clients is discussed together with the school-leader. Clients who have got qualification in first-aid can be devoided by the leader of the surveillance (if asked) of the first-aid exam.

15. School shifting and the documentation of the passed courses/hours

a)   It is possible to change schools. We are warning you that that cancelling the contract has got serious financial aftermaths, so it has got to have a strong reason. The shifting document has to be written in 3 specimens, what is guaranteed by the school, as well as the certification of the passed class hours.

b)   We take action in between 6 working days, except if the client has got payment leeways.

c)   The school changing and course finishing client's documentation are storaged, as well as the clients who passed the theoratical exam 2 years before.

17. Information about teacher training

We do teacher training in our school, too, and that can influence on the client. It is possible that the client, the teacher and several checking personnel are abiding in the vehicle. Teacher candidates can only abide if the client assigns them to.

19. The rights and bonds of the client

rights:

a)   to come to know with the driving school's conditions before signing a contract
b)   to use and reclamate about the things promised in the conditions
c)   to cancel the course, to ask for a part of the payments, to ask for documentation about the payments given already
d)   to replace the theoratical classes for free
e)   to go to more theoratical classes for the price that was payed once (before the exam, to make it successful)
f)    to agree a different place and time with the teacher at pragmatical classes
g)   to agree the time of the exams (with the school leader or a teacher)
h)   to choose a teacher and car, and to take the exams on that car
i)    to ask for teacher changing
j)    to be late or to leave before the end of the classes (but the missings have to be replaced)
k)   to cancel the pragmatical class (in the determined method)
l)    to miss the pragmatical classes and teh exams (but in this case you have to pay the costs)
m)  to complaint and ask for compensation
n)   to claim about keeping his/her personal datas secret

bonds:

a)   to come in appropriate clothing,  to be sensible and relaxed at the classes
b)   to behave well and cultured at the classes
c)   to pay the necessary payments before the classes
d)   to prepare for the lessons and to do the commands of the teacher
e)   to keep to the work-proctecting formula
f)    to go on the discussed pragmatical lessons (it should be cancelled before 48 hours)
g)   to wait 30 minutes in the case if the teacher or the examiner is late
h)   to replace the missed classes
i)    to continously carry on with the classes (suspension could only be achieved with a written petition)
j)    to pay the costs if missing an exam or a prag. lesson, or to prove the missing to the surveillance

disqualification from the course

a)   If the client is under the effect of alcohol, drugs or equivalent
b)   braking the rules of the course
c)   if the client suspends the course without discussion, and is he /she is not responding until 6 months after the first warning
d)   the rights of the client aint effective for disqualified personnel. They can only get a driving license by starting a new course.

20. Instructions about giving a driving license, about not-hungarian clients and more

Only hungarians and citizens of the European Economic Area, whose place of abode is in Hungary, or if he/she has already lived in Hungary for the last 6 months - can get a driving license.

In the case of the second option, the client has to show all of his/her documentations about the subject.

There's no need to pass these requirements if  the client wants to get a new driving license(so he/she already had one in Hungary), or if trying to naturalize a foreigner driving license.

21. Other

1.   The school fee are all the payments (even if the school fee has been payed and/or allocated in portions).

2.   Payments must NOT be given to the teacher directly.

3.   The preferences of the school are meant on the whole course. The details of the preferences are shown in the contract. Clients coming from other schools and with plus hours have to pay the standard costs (shown above).

4.   The acquittances of the payments can't be replaced, so keep them in a safe place. We could ask you to show them at the reception or to the teacher. We can only guarantee services after this.

5.   It is possible to pay in portions. The mininum value of the portions is one part of the course,  ora an exam fee, but at least 20000ft.

6.   We can only guarantee a continous teaching if the client pays the necessary costs before the classes. Missing this can cause problems in the procession of teaching.

7.   The theoratical exams payments doesn't change, and cannot be payed back after the starting of the course.

8.   The theoratical exam payments can be returned before the starting of the exam (without the standby payment). The pragmatical exam payments are changing considering to the cars, teachers and the standard fee.

9.   In the case of canceling the course (for a written petition) we return te payments which you haven't had lessons for, except is the tax returning verification has already been sent.

10.  The Standby fee can't be more than the 20% of the school fee, and maximum 5000 HUF. You dont have to pay the standby fee, if the course cancelling is becouse of the school or a teacher.

11.  Our school is an Adult Teaching Institute, and becouse of this, it has got several tax preferences (Law: CXVII. 36/A 1)
